Career Development Webinar Series

with featured speaker Ruchin Kansal
Founder, Kansal & Company and Director, Business Leadership Center, Seton Hall University

The world continues to transform around us. While nothing new, the impact on our life and well-being seems to be amplified lately. Whether it is at work, where cycles of transformation and restructuring have accelerated, or in our personal lives, which have been so greatly impacted by the pandemic and its aftermath. As a result, burnout, mental health issues, and personal well-being have become core issues for our society. How then do we find meaning in life and work, and lead others with purpose and passion?

Please join us to learn about @theKansalClunker – a father and son journey of transformation of a car and their drive from Weston, CT to Mt. Evans, CO, and the lessons learned that are relevant to life, work, and leadership. Topics to be addressed include:

  • The 80-80 Rule
  • The Power of Reinvention and Transformation
  • Self-Awareness and Mindfulness
  • The 3 Ps of Life, Work, & Leadership: Privilege, Purpose, and Passion
